Terms and Conditions
The Customer is to provide Forever Yours Graphics with photographs and other video material to be compiled and edited into a photo album / slide show in DVD format. Customer may provide Forever Yours Graphics with music and other audio material to be compiled and edited into soundtrack for the photo album / slide show in DVD format. Customer may request that Forever Yours Graphics purchase the song they would like to use in their photo album / slide show for a fee.
Forever Yours Graphics Reserves the right to refuse service based on any video or audio content that Company in its sole judgment deems offensive, inappropriate, violent or sexual.
Forever Yours Graphics charges and fees will be based on the quantity and size of the photos and visual materials submitted. There is no fee, or charge, to transfer music, or audio materials, on to the finished product subject to the restrictions and conditions listed below.
Customer acknowledges that the quality of the finished product depends on the age and quality of the materials submitted by the Customer.
Representations and Warranties
Forever Yours Graphics represents that it is a partnership business in good standing.
Forever Yours Graphics makes no representations of warranties as to the transferability of, or the ability to copy, the finished DVD product.
Customer represent and warrants that the photos and video materials, which ware provided to Forever Yours Graphics are copies or duplicates of original material owned by customer, and said originals or other copies remain in the Customer’s possession.
Customer represents and warrants that photos and video materials are Customer’s original works, in the public domain, or that Customer has acquired the rights to use said photos and video materials, and the images depicted therein, in the manner, and for the use, contemplated under this Agreement.

Customer acknowledges, represents, and warrants that the finished product, to be produced by Forever Yours Graphics is not intended for commercial use.
Hold Harmless and Indemnification
Customer hereby releases Forever Yours Graphics and agrees to hold them harmless, for the loss, destruction, or loss of quality, whether partial or whole, of the provided copies of the music, audio material, photos, and/or video material.
Customer shall hold Forever Yours Graphics harmless and indemnify them from any claims arising from breach of warranty.

Customer covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold Forever Yours Graphics harmless from and against any and all actions, suits, claims, penalties, losses, damages and expenses (including attorneys’, professionals’, experts’, and accountants’s fees), based upon or arising out of the work performed, or product made, for Customer, or as a result of any breach of the preceding warranties.
